Our family loves peanut butter on sandwiches, in favorite foods, in smoothies, and just out of the jar! But peanut butter has more fats, albeit vegetable fats, than we need, so I was intrigued by PBfit and ready to try it.
It doesn’t taste exactly the same as our natural peanut butter that we stir to combine, and it’s not as rich tasting as the homemade variety, but it is very good. The difference in flavor is most pronounced when tasting it alone.
As a dip for vegetables and fruit, it is very good. Added to a smoothie or mixed into a casserole or vegetarian burgers, it tastes just like whole fat peanut butter!
For those of us who enjoy peanut butter and like the healthy nutrition it offers, but would like to avoid the excess fats, PBfit might be the perfect solution!
