Exercise mats are not terribly comfortable and towels tend to slip around on them so I was glad to find the FroYoga Eco-friendly Bikram Hot Yoga Mat Towel.
This towel is very comfortable when used on a rug or mat. It has little pvc dots on one side (to be used as the side on the mat) to help prevent any sliding and keep it firmly in place. The pvc seems to stay on, even after multiple washings.
It is super absorbent, keeping sweat pulled into the towel. The size is perfect, an over-sized 24″ x 72″ , plenty large enough for any mat. It’s comfortable, eco-friendly, and very functional. And it comes in a wonderful mesh carry bag.
If you exercise, do yoga, or have a family member or friend who does, this is a good investment. I think it would make a great gift idea, too!
