This scale is quite small, making it easy to store in any kitchen. The digital display is very large and easy to read. On some scales, the buttons can be difficult to manage; this scale has fewer options, allowing the buttons to be larger and easier to use. It will show weights in ounces or grams, making it useful for both types of recipes.
But a scale needs to be accurate. Testing the Weighter scale against another scale that is accurate, the Weighter Scale was very accurate.
This is a very useful scale for measuring small amounts of food in the kitchen, including herbs and spices.
