Children’s books are such an important part of a child’s life. I enjoyed reading favorites to our kids, often many times a day! I still enjoy reading these books, even though our children are reading at levels way beyond, so was happy to be able to review the book, Barnaby Bellows the Big Blue Bear, by Dave J. Harper.
The first thing I noticed with this book is the wonderful illustrations. The colors are vibrant, the illustrations draw your eye and captivate your attention. The characters are fun, playful, lively, and truly play to a child’s imagination. And while it might be good as a bedtime story, I think this book might be a great book to read when your child is awake as it has some wonderful learning stimuli and would be a great tool to invoke questions and stories.
This is a wonderful book that children should enjoy over and over. Highly recommended.
