Trying to lose weight and increase energy levels can be quite difficult. When I was reading about natural ways to help, I discovered Yacon Root. It’s been used for generations to help increase energy and the Premium Yacon Root Extract by Peak Fusion seemed like a good place to start.

I like that this brand is 100% Yacon root, with no additives at all. I also like that it is manufactured in the USA in a GMP certified, FDA facility. It’s easier to take than the syrup; just take 1 capsule twice a day about a half hour before a meal. The capsules are easy to swallow and I haven’t had any side effects.
Ok, it’s considered safe and easy, but does it work? After trying it for 10 days, it really seems to! In addition to the extra energy boost, it is said to help prevent digestive, liver, and other organ issues.
