Sleep is so necessary for our health, but sometimes not easy to obtain. It can be even more difficult for those working odd times, or for us Moms that have no real schedule. The Luxury Sleep Therapy Mask seemed like a great sleep aid to try.
This mask is very nicely padded and so comfortable! The gel pack adds even greater comfort and does help my eyes feel more rested, which is a huge benefit for me.
The only downside to this mask is the elastic strap. It is not adjustable and is apparently made for rather small heads. The easy solution is to cut it and add a small section (using a larger width elastic gives even more comfort, but it would be nice if it had been made longer and adjustable.
Overall, a very nice sleep mask and one I can easily recommend, but do be prepared to make your own adjustment to the elastic band.
