Survival filters are often by people camping and hiking to ensure they don’t run short on good water. But those of us that like to keep emergency supplies on hand in case of storms or other natural effects might want to consider the Survival Hax Water Filter , too.
The filter is very lightweight and small; it fits easily into a supply bin or your backpack. It is an excellent filter that filters out 99.9% of bacteria, better than most others I’ve looked at. I like that it has a huge capacity, too; almost 400 gallons!
This straw is very easy to use and is quite economical. It also will last indefinitely, or until we use it. It is free of chlorine and other harmful additives, so works well for our “keep it healthy and natural” family.
For emergency prep, I’d recommend at least one of these for each family member.
